Private Pilots
We’re running a small number of private pilots ahead of the SDK opening in Q3 2026.
If you have a real deployment in mind — smart buildings, AR/XR, robotics, or healthcare — we want to understand your requirements and assess whether acoAR is the right fit.
Three engagement levels.
Feasibility Scan
Determine whether acoustic and IMU sensing works in your target environment before committing to integration.
- Test protocol design
- Data capture sessions
- Feasibility report
- Accuracy and confidence summary
- Recommended deployment path
SDK Integration Pilot
Integrate room recognition or indoor positioning into one application with hands-on support.
- Pre-release SDK access
- Integration support sessions
- Event log and session dashboard
- Model tuning for your environment
- Pilot summary report
Enterprise Deployment Study
Full multi-room, multi-device deployment assessment for production planning.
- Building test map
- Device compatibility matrix
- Privacy and security review
- Deployment economics model
- Production roadmap recommendation
Criteria for pilot partners.
- Have a real indoor environment available for testing
- Building for smart buildings, AR/XR, robotics, or healthcare
- Can provide test environment access for 2+ weeks
- Technical team available for integration support
- Decision-making authority for prototyping or procurement
Pilots are hands-on collaborations, not sales processes. You’ll work directly with our founding engineers — not a customer success team.
We aim to be honest about failure modes and limitations. If your environment is likely to be challenging, we’ll tell you upfront — and the feasibility scan exists precisely to answer that question.
Pilot results belong to you. We may ask to use anonymised accuracy data for research purposes, with your consent.
Tell us about your use case.
We review every application personally and respond within 48 hours. No auto-responders.
